Hi my name is Anton and I'm here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and today I'm going to demonstrate exfoliating feet, specifically the toes and the balls of the feet. I'm just going to use a generic salt scrub, you can use either a salt or a sugar scrub and these products are available at any beauty supply stores as well as any major stores that carry beauty products. What you just want to do is gently exfoliate on top of the toes and you can also exfoliate within the webs of the feet as well, there's going to be a lot of dead skin on the feet because the feet take a lot of abuse. So you can remove a good amount of dead skin by just exfoliating gently daily in the shower or outside of the shower. Exfoliating in the shower helps tremendously because the pores have a chance to open up and the skin becomes a lot softer so more dead skin is removable. Exfoliating on top as well as underneath. If you exfoliate outside of the shower, you want to just rinse it off with cool water and use a moisturizer just to protect your skin after exfoliating.
