Hi my name is Kensey Snyder on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to talk about the follow through. Okay we've hit the golf ball and we've kept turning and we continue to keep turning past the impact zone that I talked about and we're going to get into our follow through. As the follow through starts to move into the top of the ending, the finish of the golf swing, you can see my weight has substantially moved from my right foot into the left foot. And the right foot is starting to turn more in a fashion this way up, do no do this too early, do not swing this way. We are after the post impact as we're starting to move you can see the hands of my club are continuing to still turn, do not quit on it and flip the hands over, continue to turn. Now if I turn this way, and you watch the path of my golf club, you can see it's like a gate. It's going to come in from the inside and it's going to close with my body. This is from my body doing most of the work hitting the ball. Now you hear a lot of times about hitting it with the big muscles, this is exactly what we're talking about, we're hitting it with the turning of our chest and we're having the stability of our legs. So from here as I continue to turn through, it's going to give the appearance that my hands are crossing over and from here you can see the 3 fingers of my glove hand. This is one thing that I certainly look for on video when I teach my students is there. So you can see my hands and my chest are still in a line and from here the club is going to start folding up into the finish position.
