DR. GREGORY NIKOLAIDIS: Hi, I'm Dr. Gregory Nikolaidis with the Westlake Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery here to discuss How to Reduce Wrinkles. Number one cause of appearance of wrinkles is sun exposure. So the most important thing is sun avoidance, sun protection and sunscreen. The other causes of wrinkles are diet and lifestyle. So it's important to have a diet rich in antioxidants and low in processed foods and processed sugars. Other things that may cause appearance of wrinkles are smoking, drinking and coffee. So what you want to reduce or eliminate those things in your lifestyle. If patients need further assistance or reduction of wrinkles, they should seek out the advice of their physician.
