LAUREN MUTTY: This next sequence, I'm going to show you the different cheers that you can do. This one is actually called the chant because you do the same thing over and over again, so you chant it over and over again. So we're going to do--Jessica is going to show you the basics and then we're going to have the group show you the rest. So this is going to be "first and 10," which is a football cheer. So you want to do a high V for "first" and then a low V or a clap for "and" and then a low V for "10" and then you clap again and you don't say anything for that clap and then you hit go, clap, go, clap. So let's see "first," high V, "and," "ten," clap, go, clap, go, clap. Okay? And again, the words are "first and 10." Go, go. First and 10, go, go. Now, let's see it in action.
