MALU LUJAN: So, we're going to work on massaging the shoulders, and this is just a great thing to do on just about anybody. We're going to put a little massage oil on the area that we're working on. You'll put it in your hand first to warm it up and spread it out. We're just going to do a simple effleurage to go down in between the shoulder blades. So these are your shoulder blades and this is your spine, and we're just going to put pressure in that muscle in between those two. Is that pressure okay, Sally, or is that too hard for you?
