MALU LUJAN: Okay, so the head is a really wonderful area to massage, and you can actually massage it fairly vigorously. So one way that you can do it is you put your fingertips underneath the hair and just kind of go in circles. And the area--one area that's wonderful to massage on the head is right behind the ears. That just feels delicious. Another great technique for the head is just to mess up their hair real good. And I'm actually putting a fair amount of pressure and I'm rubbing her scalp pretty hard, and you just rub the whole head. And it's okay that you're doing it very briskly. Another thing you can do, which is especially good for somebody who has a very busy mind or they're full of adrenalin because they just did some very intense exercise, is just to put your hands on their head. One is kind of at the base of her skull and the back of her head here and then the crown of her head, and you just keep your hands there and think happy thoughts. So those are some really good techniques for massaging the head.
