MARK BREWERTON: Hi. I am Mark Brewerton of Austin Rugby Club, and the next stage we are going to go through are scrums. Scrums are important part of the game but we mentioned earlier, scrum is one of the two restarts of the game. It involves eight forwards, eight players which will form up into a group of eight. To my left over here we have a scrum. Crouch. All eight guys will go down together, they will touch, pause, engage. That is basically what we talk about when we call a scrum. Then, the halfback comes along and puts the ball in through the center of the tunnel, it is hooked through the back of the scrum, and we have options at the back of the scrum. The number 8, Jake, can pick it up and get around with the ball, like such. What we are about to see again is the options you have at the back of the scrum. Before we saw the number 8 picking up the ball and running with it now we're going to see the other option as with the halfback or scrum-half picking the ball up and feeding it into the back line.
