MELISA BROWN: Hi, my name is Melisa Brown and I'm a licensed massage therapist here in Miami, Florida. I'm with U Need A Massage. In this clip, we're going to be talking about how to give a facial massage. This is very simple. Make sure your hands are clean to begin with. A lot of people don't like oil, having oil in their hands and putting it on their face, or they might be allergic to it or sensitive. So have a nice clean set of hands and starting with just saying hello to the head. I'm saying hello, and then with my thumbs pushing down and going to the temples and doing this in a semicircular motion. Then I'm going to go to the second part of the forehead. And whenever I finish, I'm always going to be doing circular motion into the temples. I'm not going too fast. I'm not going too slow, and I'm going to try and cover everything in the face. That means under the jaw and coming up to the temples. The gums are so important. We use them all the time. Our mandible, rotating in circular motion the whole time. I'm not putting too much pressure going in. I'm doing the gums. And starting from the nose, I'm working my way up and around and going towards the temple encircling again and coming around, and then I want to finish this off with all fingers.
