The medial hamstring is attached to the medial meniscus. And alleviating that pressure can actually help heal a meniscus. Also when you have pain in your knee, you have a 50% inhibition of your quadriceps, so we're going to restore quad function. The first thing to do is quad setting, make a muscle, force the back of your knee straight as hard as you can, hold it for 10 seconds and do 10 repetitions, 10 second hold, 10 times a day. Then we'll move on to bending motion and cycling exercises, and let your health care professionals guide you.
