I like this video but she has made a very serious error: your pelvis shouldn't be tucked under, but in a neutral position. In the earlier years of dance training, teachers would instruct students to tuck under, but now modern kinesiology knows better. Tucking under causes strain on the lower back, obstructs balance, and prevents proper turnout. Instead make sure your pelvis isn't tipping forward or back.
Also the image of squeezing the buttocks will sometimes cause a dancer to tuck their pelvis because they over squeeze. Instead of squeezing as much as you can, think of engaging or flexing. As long as you are using all of the muscles she listed you will not have to over tighten your buttock.
