WILTON TEJADA: Hi, my name is Wilton Tejada. I am one of the instructors here at Camp Undefeated, New York City. In this clip, we are going to show you how to do an aikido adductive wristlock, okay? Basically my opponent right here, he is going to grab my shoulder, basically. I am going to lock it with my left hand and I am going to come over. See it? I apply a little, minimal pressure, he is subdued. Again, let us try that again slowly. He is going to grab, okay. Sometimes I either shift to grab the wrist, grab inside from the pinkie and just twist and subdue. And basically that is how to do an aikido adductive wristlock. It is great for fitness, again, the repetition. The more you do it the better it is going to be. And again, it takes a minimal force for somebody to get subdued, okay? Adductive wristlock. Another variation of the aikido adductive wristlock is taking in a different direction. So, basically I grab here, take him in here. So, as soon as I see that he is buckled a little bit, I will take him out to the other side and bring him down, okay? And again, so let us try that again. This is another variation to add to the wristlocks. So he grabs, here, here, push down, take it to the other way, thumb up and away. Another variation of the adductive wristlock.
