WILTON TEJADA: Hi, my name is Wilton Tejada. I'm one of the instructors here at Camp Undefeated, New York City. In this clip, we learn how to do an aikido head strike, okay? So basically, he's going to come in, come down, redirect the force, chop straight down through. So, see I'm following through with the motion? Always follow through. So come up, let's show that one again. Come to the outside, block, redirect, come down, right and top, okay? Stepping forward, redirecting the force. Another variation of it is to come to the inside and come down with it, okay? Our third variation will be, wristlock opposite the hand, redirect the force, strike straight through, then lock the elbow, lock his wrist. So let's do that again. He'll grab, turn my thumb out, loosen up, strike, redirect the force forward, and lock his wrist. And that's basically how do you do a couple of head strikes in aikido.
