On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Gilson Oliveira. And I'm in Energy Fitness right now in New York City and I will bring to you the best for conditioning for combat sports. This is what I call a combo, alright. We have two exercises. Two very interesting and related, closely, to Olympic lifts. You have a power lift performed with dumbbells, followed by a push press. Back and a power lift, push press.
