DEL WARREN: Another way to think about the release in creating that counter-clockwise rotation we're talking about if you're right handed or spin, or access rotation, all the different terms we use is how to--one of the drills that we use here at the training center to show people how to do it or actually practice a proper release is to spin a football and throw an underhand spiral. It's the same technique. Your hand is going to--the ball actually sets in your hand and you would create a shelf with our hand. And if you notice this, my hand is collapsing as I'm letting it go and I'm spinning it. And these revolutions, we want to get these revolutions as high as we can, and again, we're spinning the ball in a different direction than the ball is traveling. So again, this is one of the techniques that we use here are the Kegel Training Center. Very visual. It's easy to see. Most people can take a football and just spin it. Pretty simple.
