JEREMY BEUTLER: Hi, this is Jeremy Beutler, offensive line coach with the Austin Wranglers. Today we're going to talk a little bit about the center-quarterback exchange. Basically, Andy here what he's going to want to do is get his hands firm underneath Derik's butt and Derik is going to want to get the ball up as quick as possible into his hands. So let's show an example, on one, on one, you can call it out Andy.ANDY: Go! Hut!JEREMY BEUTLER: And also notice how Derik shot his hand, his left hand off snap hand up to take on the defender. Let's see one more.ANDY: Go! Hut!JEREMY BEUTLER: That's perfect. And that is the center-quarterback exchange, snap exchange.
