KIM ROY: In this clip, I'm going to show you how to hit a racquetball. It's very important that you use the same technique that we discussed in how to swing a racquetball racket in hitting the racquetball racket. The swing is the same. Where the racquetball goes is determined by where you drop the racquetball. You drop the racquetball in front of your front foot, your foot closest to the frontwall. The racket will hit the ball straight. If you swing with the racquetball behind your back foot, the racquetball will be oriented to the sidewall, which will be a pin shot. If you hit the racquetball in front of your front foot, the racquetball will go to the other sidewall. Where the racquetball is oriented to your body, determines where the racquetball will end up when you hit it. And that's how you hit a racquetball.
