Hi I'm Benna Miller and on behalf of Expert Village and in this clip we are going to show you how you can gain strength in your legs, in your quads, in your hamstrings, in your calves and how you can really stretch your body and feel great while you do it. So guys I'd like you to hold on to this ball with two hands and just think about what your right foot is but if you choose to step on the other right foot that's o'kay too. So just step forward on your right foot and bend both legs. Push back off your right leg and bring your two feet together. That's excellent. And let's do the same on the other side. And push back. Beautiful. Now how about we think about what our right foot is and if we find it let's step back on the right foot and bend both legs and let's step back on the left leg. You are doing so well. Now we still have this ball in our hands and that hasn't made it real interesting to just hold it here so let's take the ball up and step back. Excellent. Let's do two more on this side. And we have the right foot forward and we have the left foot forward. Beautiful. Now let's take it back. We bring the arms up and we bring them right back. We bring the two feet together and the left leg back and the two feet together, just two more on this side, and the right foot back and the left foot back. Beautiful. Now what about that side to side. We are going to stretch out and bring them together. You are terrific. Now stretch out and bring them together. Excellent job. You did super.
