Hi, I'm Benna Miller and on behalf of Expert Village in this clip my grandson Eden, who is eleven years old, is going to be showing us his favorite exercise. So Eden are you ready? Yea. Great. Okay the exercise that I'm doing is called pretzel. I call it pretzel because you put your right leg down and you?re cross left leg over. Then you put your left arm or elbow on top of your left knee and put your right hand about a foot back behind your back and look over your shoulder. You should feel your lower back and your upper chest muscles stretching. Then you take your left leg, cross your right leg over that. Put right elbow on top of your right knee. Put your left hand behind your back about a foot and look over your shoulder and you should the lower back and upper chest stretching out. I sure do. Oh that felt great Eden, thanks a lot. That's a wonderful stretch.
