JACKIE SILVER: I'm Jackie Silver with how to create a skin care regimen for normal skin. Normal skin is not too oily and not too dry, but it still requires care to keep it looking beautiful. Daily cleansing is an important part of any skin care routine. Choose a cleanser that's specially formulated for normal skin. Some of these products will say normal to oily skin and that's appropriate to use as well. Wash with lukewarm water and cleanser in the morning and at night. Use a PH-balancing toner formulated for normal skin and follow up with a light to medium moisturizer at night and a light moisturizer for day with sunscreen. Exfoliating and using a weekly mask can also help keep normal skin glowing and beautiful. Choose products that don't contain alcohol. Creating a skin care regimen for normal skin can be easy using readily available products. Remember to cleanse twice a day and be consistent with your sunscreen to keep your skin radiant and wrinkle free.
