UNIQUE ANDERSON: Hello. My name is Unique Anderson and I'm a certified personal trainer. All right. In this clip, we're going to talk about playing point guard, my favorite. The main thing that we're going to do today is I'm going to focus on--we'll be playing the two on two. The main thing you want to do as a point guard is always keeping your head up, never looking down, never looking down at the ball. You want to always look up because you're the quarterback, like if you were in a football team. You are the quarterback. You set the pace of the game. So you can either be an extremely fast point guard or in between. It's not about being extremely fast; it's about making a move--motions happen. So what I'm going to do--Kareem is on my team. They're playing defense on me. I'm trying to find an opening for Kareem. He may set a pick, dish it out, pass it back and laying it up. Again, once you're done, you're right back on defense. If you miss, you miss. But your defense makes your offense. Keep it going, keep it going. No, no, nothing, nothing. Boxing out. Come on. Get that. Remember, being a point guard is not only being offensive minded. It's being defense and offensive minded. If you make a bad pass, if you shoot the wrong way, so what? It's all about bringing it right back and making that goal, making that point for your team.
