Hi! my name is Brandon and I work at BC Surf-n-Sport here in Coral Springs, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.bcsurf.com. Today I am going to show you how to do a stationary ollie. Basically what you want to do is have your foot roughly in the middle of the board, just a little bit more towards the front of the bolts, have your back foot close to the end of the tail and what you want to do is you want to put pressure on the tail, so that it falls back like this and once you feel that it hits the ground you want to slide your front foot forward and what its going do, your front foot is going to catch in the nose and it is going to start to go up like this and what you want to do just even out in the middle in the air and just bring it back down. Its basically going to look like this when you get it down. You can also see what it looks like from the front, so you can see my foot slide up and you want to make sure that you always have your front foot around this area and your back foot here and make sure to keep your balance pretty steady because if you don't you are probably just going to fall off and make sure that you don't twist your shoulders because if you do your feet will probably move off the board in mid-air, and make sure you just keep it nice and straight.
