Hi, my name is Adrian Heath. I'm the head coach of the Austin Aztex. And now we're going to show you and demonstrate the throw-in. Now, the throw-in is--how would the game start--when the ball goes over this line--the line that goes parallel down the pitch. Let's show it again Carlos, if you just throw--you must have both feet behind the line and both hands behind the ball and push through and throw it that way. So, if you could throw it now to---just do a standing one. Yeah. There you go. And that starts the game when the ball goes out on the sideline. And again Ez--in one movement. What we don't want to do is just to do a foul throw. Just drop it for me, Wes. That would be a foul throw. It has to come over the head in one straight movement--one straight movement and obviously, the more force you put in it, you can throw it a little bit or you can throw it far away. So if you can demonstrate--if you just drop out a little bit for us. Great. Throw it a long way Wes. There you go. And again for me Carlos, throw it nice and close. So you if want to do it nice and close--obviously you put the same principle every time that you do it. You do not let the ball go and you don't do two movements, just one straight movement. Yes, Ez again. And that's the throw-in, very simple and it can be a very effective weapon if used properly.
