Hi, my name is Adrian Heath. I'm the head coach of the Austin Aztex, and I'm going to show you and demonstrate how to play forward passing. So it's going to be a very simple drill. All we're going to do is play the ball to [PH] Carlos, who's a midfield player. [PH] Esi is the center-forward. We're going to try and put him on goal for him to have a finish on goal and maybe score a goal. So what we're looking for--we're passing the ball to Carlos. Carlos who choose to pass it but we're looking to play forward to maybe score a goal. So if we could just go through it. And he goes. Can you score, Esi? And wide it goes. Let's go through it again. So what we're looking for now, a nice little floated pass over the defender's head. Esi, can you come forward to the ball and pull away. Your timing just as about when he's about to play it. That's when you've got to be pulling away. So let's go through it again. Yeah, there it goes, a little chip, and it goes over his head and slides it in and a good save from the goal keeper. Let's go again. Are we ready? So it's--can we play--can we find him, Carlos? A little chip, a great ball. And Esi is in on goal, a nice forward run, and he slides it in for a perfect goal. So we'll have one more attempt at that. And Esi is just out to play forward ball. Last one of these. Over the defender's head. Esi is on goal, and it's a good save from the goal keeper. That's a brief demonstration on how to play forward.
