Hi, my name is Adrian Heath. I'm the head coach of the Austin Aztex, and now we're going to show you how to take a penalty kick. Penalty is a given when a defender gives a foul away, a direct foul in this 18-yard box. This should be the one of the easiest ways of scoring a goal. But as goal keepers are getting bigger and the pressure is getting more, it's getting more and more difficult to score a goal. [PH] Carlos is going to show us how to bend the ball looking for the top corner. A little bit in the middle. And again, Carlos, give us another one. Try to get in around the corner and into the post, just inside the post. There you go. And again, he has hit the crossbar. One more. And in the side there. Next one, we'll go for is the driven one, the one that's driven straight down the middle of the goal, because invariably the keeper will dive, trying to understand which way it's going, thinking it's going to the left or right and side, and people come up and just drive it through the middle. I think the important thing to say about penalties is there's no right and wrong way of taking one. Just scoring is enough. You know, as long as you score, that's the right way to do it. And that's a perfect example of one driven down the middle. Normally, the goal keeper will dive left or right, trying to guess which way the player is going to take it, and you can drive it down the middle. Yes, [PH] Esi. Now we've seen the one that's bent in the top corner, and now we'll go for one that's side-footed in the bottom corners with a lot of pace. And that one goes wide. It just goes to show you it's not as easy as people think. Side-foot bottom corner, Esi. Let's go again. There you go. A perfect example, just on the inside of the post. It's very, very difficult for any goal keeper to stop. Last one. And perfect again. Side netting. If the ball hits the side netting in play, it's very, very difficult for the goal keeper to save.
