Now, the chest trap is one of the easiest ones to do, because you've got such a big surface to control the ball. You mainly use it when you're trying to control the ball when the ball is in the air. You can't use your hands in football; otherwise, it's a free kick. And we're just going to show you now how to get the ball down on the ground when it's in the air. Notice he's using all the chest to control it on his right foot, which he's right footed, so he's angling the ball down onto his right foot.
