Off-season training for football: Medicine Ball Twist And Push-up Superset Combo. So Jonesy is going to start with the push-ups. He's going to start with one arm on it, the other arm on the floor. He's going to pass the ball underneath his hands as he goes. Then once he finishes this set of push-ups, we're going to go right into a med-ball toss partner drill [DEMONSTRATION]. Looking at a deeper view of Jonesy in his rotation, you're going to notice that he goes very deep into the twist and he doesn't collapse his spine. He stays nice and long with it [DEMONSTRATION]. He's going as deep--he keeps both feet on the ground each time. And now he's going to go into another round of push-ups [DEMONSTRATION]. And then after that, that's a set. That was the med-ball twist push-up superset. And now on to the next one.
