Off-season training for football: Tiger walks, also known as [SOUNDS LIKE] "spidermans". [PH] Jonesy is going to demonstrate the tiger walks which is going to be super setted with the broad jumps and also dips and pull-ups to come. So Jonesy is going to get down on all fours. He's going to try to bring his knees as close to the ground as possible without touching the ground and he's doing a really excellent job. He's also bringing his torso as deep to the ground as he possibly can. All right. Now for the big guys, just try to do as many as you can from the get-go. It's not going to be easy but just try the best that you can. For the smaller guys, really set yourself with distances, you know, maybe 10 yards to start with and work your way up to see if you could get 20 yards so 10 yards down and back. Jonesy, want to show a couple more? Here is another angle. I want you to notice the full extension that Jonesy is getting from the hand to the foot and how low he gets each time. It really will help develop and condition his shoulders and also his hips as well as his obliques working through all this. It's a great exercise to help condition. And as I've said before, big guys, do as much as you can. Little guys, set yourself with limits of 10 yards, 20 yards and go from there. Then we're going to super set it with dips and pull-ups to follow.
