Hi everyone. My name is Mimi and welcome to sexy shoulders. Today, I'm going to teach you an exercise called the upright rows that will work your shoulders and a little bit of your back as well. I want you to put your feet together in front and bend your knees just a little bit. You're going to need two dumbells and you're going to bend over just a little bit to the front so your elbows can go all the way up and you're going to bring the elbows up towards the ceiling, hold it there fore a little bit, and then bring it back down to the first position. Up and down. We're going to do about 15 reps of the same motion, and you can do two or three sets of this exercise, so bring it up, squeeze your shoulders, and bring it back down. Make sure your abs are tight and you keep that posture throughout the exercise. Inhale and exhale and keep going, and two [DEMONSTRATION]. If you feel the front of your shoulders burning a little bit and a little bit of your back as well. And keep going. Let's do a couple more. That's it. Bring it up, down, and up, down. [DEMONSTRATION] So, that's our first set. Make sure you do a couple more sets of this exercise. Great job you guys. That's it for today. My name is Mimi, and welcome to Sexy Shoulders.
