In this clip, we're going to be doing mountain climbers with the coasters. So what you are going to do is you're going to come down slowly onto your floor or exercise area. Now this is going to bring your heart rate up. So you always want to remember if you can't carry on a conversation, your heart rates to high. Need to slow it down. Okay. Palms down on the gliders. You are going to go ahead and extend the legs out. Okay. Now mountain climbers, you're basically bringing your knees up into the chest like you are climbing a mountain. So you are going to alternate legs. Using your hands on the gliders for support. Okay. Now what you are going to be doing when you are coming back on your mountain climbers, you're coming back on the balls of your feet. When you're coming forward, you're coming on the balls of your feet. And you're still pressing down on that heel as you bring the legs back. Make sure you're not forgetting to breath. You can take this at a slow or fast pace depending on your exercise level.
