Hi! I am Nili Nathan. I have a TV show and a website called Great Healing Getaways, where I research, write and report on holistic health. Today I am showing you how to make homemade facial masks right at home, so this one that I am going to show you is a moisturizing mask. It is very simple, fast and inexpensive to do. The first thing you are going to need to do is get apricot oil. If you cannot find apricot oil, you can use grape seed oil or you can use sweet almond oil. You want six teaspoons right in a bowl and then you want to get your essential oils, two drops each of frankincense. I am using 100% pure essential oils. You can find them in health food stores or even online. Just make sure that it is 100% pure, you do not want to use anything synthetic. The next one is rose; rose oil is very nourishing, two drops, smells wonderful too and the neroli which has moisturizing properties; two drops. Then what I did is I melted one teaspoon of honey in the microwave just seconds before, pour that in and then you want to get finely ground almond and you are going to combine it in the bowl and the idea is to make a paste. Don't eat this; it looks good. I think I have enough right here to make a paste, there, I do... okay. I am not going to put this on my face but I will demonstrate with my fingers, the consistency of it. You can see a close up here and then it exfoliates, at the same time the almond will exfoliate gently; we are not using anything synthetic. It is all natural and all the other ingredients. See my skin, there is a nice glow, how it is moisturizing. You would do this and then leave it on your face for about 20 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
