In this clip, I'm going to do a lunge with a Suspension Trainer. Ok, of course, you can control the resistance by the distance that you keep from the base, of your attachment, of your Resistance Trainer, ok. Ok, step back, ok, we're going to do a static lunge. Over hand grip, ok, here let's sink it down, and raise it up, ok, sink down into your lunge, and raise it up. Now, make sure that you have your knee forward of the toe, nice ninety degree angle. You never want the knee to go forward of the toe, you'll have it nice and aligned; you're going to be up on your toe, pressing down on the heel, on the rear foot. And, switch legs. I would suggest starting off with maybe sets of eight to ten on each leg and you can do that two to three times.
