In this clip we're going to do mountain climbers with the suspension trainer. What you're going to do is you're going to face with your back away from your base, you're going to grab your handles with an overhand grip. Now if you have knee or back issues, this exercise is probably not for you, because it's a plyometric exercise, and it's going to bring your heart rate up. So you're going to lean forward, extending your arms, in a lunge position, and you're going to alternate lunges like you're climbing up a hill. So you're going to come up and push forward with your hands, and sink down into your lunges. Now, you want to keep your feet in a lunge position, ninety degrees, so your knees don't go forward to your toes. And you're pushing away as you're doing your mountain climbers. So you're leaning away, pushing forward, stabilizing, and doing a jump-switch with your legs.
