In this clip we are going to do a plank with the suspension trainer. Since we are prone on the mat we need to get into our straps so what you are going to do and this is another way to get into your suspension trainer, you are going to stagger your feet and then when you turn over you are in the proper position. Now this exercise is going to work the core, the back and stability for the upper body. Go ahead and bring our body up to plank position, now the key on this is to try and make sure that your body doesn't move too much in either direction. You maintain that stability. Bring it back down. Now being that you are suspended it is going to be a really challenging exercise so what you will want to do is probably start off the first time or two doing short spurts so just hold for like two to five seconds each time and gradually build up your endurance, maybe try doing two sets of five to ten. Keep your body nice and long and relax back down.
