OK, in this segment we are going to use the sand wedge. A sand wedge, this one is a fifty-six degree club. It's got a big flange on the bottom. So, it's one of my favorite clubs because, to me, the sand wedge is one of your most useful clubs, it's from anything from about seventy-five yards and in you can hit the ball. So, if you are in the rough or on the fairway or in the sand trap, or around the green, it's really your most useful club. But here we are just going to hit a full sand wedge. So, we have a got a nice lie here at the driving range, the ball is going to be on the grass and I am going to be hitting it at a target about eighty yards away. So, what I do, is, I just line up. I keep the club at about neutral, behind the ball and I just step into it. And I'm very relaxed, very loose. And I just hit, take a nice, easy, full swing. So, that was pretty close to the target. So, that's what you want to do with the sand wedge, is anything from about eighty yards and in, now some people are real big hitters, they hit it a little further. But, the key to success with this club is knowing how far you are going to hit it with each swing. So, that's why it requires a lot of repetitions. So, one more time, just you're going to be just a little closer to the ball because the club is shorter and you just get nice, and relatively close to it. And just relax. And you're just going to hit the ball. And that's right on the green. So, practice your sand wedge a lot and you'll have some great results.
