O'kay in this clip we are going to do a tricep extension. I am going to show you seated first and then I will show you a standing option. We are going to use our four pound weighted ball. Now if you do not have a weighted ball you can always use a free weight or you can use a food can, that's another option as well. Extend the arms up, elbows in nice and close, back nice and straight, extend your arms back to about 90 degrees and extend the arms up without locking up the elbows. You are going to reach down and extend the arms up. You will feel this in the back of your arms and the triceps, extend up, bring it down. Of course when you extend the arms up you are going to be exhaling and inhaling on the way down. You are going to remember what the most difficult of the exercise is and that is bringing the arms up so you are going to exhale up and inhale down. Arms all the way up. Keep the knees a little further than shoulder width apart and bend the knees slightly and bring them back to about 90 degrees, bring the arms up without locking out the elbows and bring them back down.
