Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and on behalf of expertvillage.com we would like to welcome you to this segment talking about who should snowshoe. How old can you be? Or how young could you be? Well just about anyone of any age can snowshoe. I recommend if you have never snowshoe before going to a outdoor recreation place and asking to see if you can rent a pair of snow shoes before you go up. They would help in finding the right size that will fit you. They have children and it is a great activity for families, kids, and adults to be able to snowshoe. It is a fun activity for the family or like us we have a adult snowshoeing group where we get together and we all snowshoe together. Of all ages, even people in there 80s and 90s still snowshoes, along with very young little children as young as 2-3 years old. So it is never to late to start snowshoeing.
