OK now that we've gone through the neck, what we're going to do is we're going to work a little bit on Steve's torso. So you see that his feet are about shoulder-width apart, and what we're going to do are called torso twists. So Steve's going to put his hands on his hips and just kind of go back and forth in a nice, easy manner. And what you don't want to do is you don't want to crank the body. You don't want to twist too hard. This isn't a forced exercise. This is just something to loosen up the body. Very nice. Very smooth movements. And as with everybody, range of motion will vary. Some people will be able to get a little bit more out of this. Some people will get a little bit less. You have to do what's comfortable for you. Steve, go ahead and do it with the arms up. You can do it also with your arms out in front of you. It's a great exercise. It's something that everybody can do. Once again, he's not moving anyplace to do it. This isn't a high-level, high-stress exercise. It can be done by young children to old women, old men. This is something that just helps to loosen up the body. Very nice. I prefer to do, once again, a 10-count. But the count is up to each individual. So go ahead and try it out and see what works for you.
