Okay, now that we've warmed up essentially the back of the legs, we're going to hit the quad which is right in front. Most people call it the thigh, but what we want to do is make sure that we get a stretch. So this is a good partner stretch, now Steve is a pretty balanced guy, but if not then you can put the hand on the shoulder of your partner. Really make sure that you're pulling that foot up high and if you need to you can lean forward a little bit because some guys are a little bit more limber than others, but really what you're getting is this area and it's the extension of the groin. So once he's stretched his groin now he's got all this. He really wants to make sure, and I can feel that it's tight, but that's a good sign. It's a good sign that he's stretching and the muscles going to get loose and it's going to be ready. Thousand one, two, three, one. One, two, three, two. One, two, three, three. One, two, three, four. One, two, three, five and he can go ahead and switch. For some guys, like I said, and they can do this standing on their ow, if you don't have a partner, find a wall, find anything that you can get yourself stretched out on. One, two, three, one. One, two, three, two. One, two, three, three. Okay, we'll call that a stretch, but this is exactly what you want to do to get this front area of the leg really warmed up and ready to go.
