Okay to really help loosen up the groin and the hip and the lower back area we are going to do a swinging leg stretch. What we are going to do is partner up and again you can do this off of a wall or any surface that will help you maintain your balance. What he is doing is he is just letting his legs swing loosely, he is not necessarily kicking it or forcing it but through each progression he is going to feel a little bit looser and so he will get a wider range of motion so what he is going to do is just follow it through, let it out, follow it through, let it out and once he feels loose with that side then he will switch up on his legs and I like to give between a good 10 to 15 and it is one of those things that you don't want to force it so you can kind of just let it go easily and then with each one, your range of motion so what he can do and as his workout goes on and he gets more used to doing this, his foot may come higher and it will come higher on both sides so he is swinging it like a pendulum. Now what we can also do is we will go sideways so hand on shoulder and there you go. Same thing it is just the opposite range of motion and once again he can work to get his foot up a little bit higher and even on his back swing, same thing. We will go ahead and switch it up and it is a great way to loosen up the hips and the groin and lower back and a lot of those areas that we mentioned before that don't necessarily get the attention that they deserve. Good job.
