O'kay we are going to move on to back peddling and back peddling is pretty important in a lot of aspects and what we will do is demonstrate proper form so he is going to get his butt down. He is going to keep his head up and go ahead and go through it slowly. This is just a walk through of what he wants to do and prepare himself for any explosion or any vision that he can cover in his field of play. Go ahead and come back one more time. Now what we are going to do is run him through it and let's go through it at game time speed, a little bit normal. Very nice, bring it back one more time. Notice he has got his butt down, his head up and his back is straight. Now what we are going to do is show the wrong way and what a lot of people will do is they are completely standing up straight and they are almost just trying to run backwards but what happens is their head starts to fall backwards and that is where you get out of balance. Go ahead and show it. And you can't run full speed like that backwards, you really need to be leaning a little bit forward. We will show it one more time. Not a good style.
