O'kay this is a stretch for the lower back and basically we will just put him flat on his back. He is going to stretch out his lower back and actually what we will start off with is we will have him kick both his feet over and right here he can just kind of hang out right there and that is really going to get this area. Now as he gets a little bit more advanced, go ahead and roll back and that is a basic. Really what he wants to do is we will go ahead and flip all the way over, get his feet touching behind him and that is a little bit more difficult and if you have to you can have a partner stretching and helping. Now if this is not his range of motion you don't want to force it because the lower back can be very vulnerable to pulls and sprains and everything like that so we will go ahead and let him come back up and you can do this in increments it does not necessarily have to be in one continuous stretch. We will go ahead and flip it over one more time and let him get a little bit more acclimated and it is just like warming up. It is going to take the same thing, he can take his time and then he can go ahead and get used to it and we will go ahead and do it one more time. Each time he can get a little bit more used to it and if nothing else, the next time, the next workout, weeks months down the road, he will get a little bit more flexible and this won't be so agonizing as it might seem to be.
