One of the great passing throws you can do with several people is three man weave passing. It incorporates using good footwork, using good passing, and then taking a good shot at the end. I have my friends Jen, and Trish with me today. They're going to be helping me out. Right now, we're going to go really slow. We're going to show three man weave. You have to go behind the person when you pass; otherwise it's not going to work. We're going to go really slow. Jen's going to start with the ball. She's going to pass to Trish. She's going to go behind. I catch the ball; Trish went behind me; I'm going to go behind Jen. Trish is then going to go ahead, and make a layup. We're going to show that drill full speed. Ball, Jen. That was a three man weave. It incorporated good footwork, good passing, and it also incorporated a little snot at the end. As you can see from that drill, we were calling each others name. I was saying hey Jen; Trish. That way, it let's them know that you're open, and also, that you're ready to receive the ball. Always have your hands up, because you want to protect yourself. Always communicate with your teammates when you're playing basketball. That's one of the major keys. That was three man weave; full speed.
