I'm going to introduce air it out. It is a drill for two people. It's going to utilize the entire court. What's going to happen is, I'm going to throw the ball off the backboard, I'm going to turn to face my partner, I'm going to pass it to her. Now it's my job to get down the court absolutely as fast as possible and she's going to pass me the ball so I can go ahead ad score. So we're going to show that. Go slow and then we're going to go full speed. Now what I'm going to do, I'm going to turn and I'm going to throw the ball off the backboard. I'm going to rebound it. I'm going to make sure I'm turning to the outside. I don't want to turn to the inside because that's where the defense is at. So I get the ball, I turn, keeping the ball high. Jen calls for the outlet. I pass it to her. I run behind her. Jen goes to the middle of the floor to keep it balanced. I'm going to run as fas as I can to the block. Jen is going to pass me the ball. I'm going to make a left hand layup. Now we're going to switch. Jen is going to get the rebound and she is going to outlet it to me. I'm going to dribble to the middle. She's going to run as fast as she can to the block. So, make sure you get on the other side, OK? Go ahead, full speed, Jen? That's air it out in its entirety. Great full court drill for two people.
