Right now, Trish and I are going to demonstrate the close out drill. Close out drill is a great shooting and rebounding drill. So what's going to happen, I'm going to pass Trish the ball from the base line. She's going to be on the elbow. She's going to be poised to take a shot. Right before she takes a shot, I'm going to yell shot. What I'm going to do is I'm going to turn, put my butt against her and I'm going to box her out. But, Trish's job isn't done yet. Just because she took the shot, doesn't mean she can just sit out there and watch and see how pretty her shot is. She's got to get in there, just in case her shot misses, and try to get that offensive rebound. So we're going to demonstrate that, full speed.
