Sometimes when you're on the court, you're going to have to get on the ground, get dirty and fight for that ball. So this part of the drill, I'm going to yell loose ball. So I jump down, almost get into a push up position, back into rapid fire feet. So it's really quick, down, right back up. So I'm going to incorporate this into the drill and we're going to show it full speed. OK, you ladies ready? Last one. Go. Defense. Quick feet, quick feet, slide, slide, shot, shot, shot, take a charge, back up, back up, back up, back up, OK, loose ball, down, back up, back up, quick feet, quick feet, OK. That is it. Those are all the part of the defensive drill. Now this is a great drill to do with a team. You don't necessarily break these up in take a charge by itself or loose ball by itself. You incorporate everything together. It's a great drill to do for about thirty seconds. A great drill to do with your team. Now in this show we went over lots of different games that we play, we did air it out, we did monkey in the middle, we did two on one and we did the great defensive drill. Now these are all great things and fun ways to sharpen your basketball skills, whether it's shooting, passing, rebounding or just getting good on defense. So I hope you enjoyed the show. I hope you will check out some of my other shows. This is Cynthia Dallas. I hope you enjoyed the show and I hope you will check out some of my other shows. Don't forget, practice makes perfect.
