Hi! Welcome to facial Yoga. What we're going to do is look at now taking the vowel sounds and putting them with the consonants. As we explore Yoga, we recognize that part of the Yoga practice is being in stillness. Bringing yourself to that place of quiet. One way of course, is to simply make the sound of O and M. So that's a very simple sound. You could even start with an in breathe that comes through the mouth. O, M. So this is a universal chant. And it could be that the hands are at the heart in Namaste, in prayer position. The eyes can close. You can roll the eyes upwards during this part of the practice. And you're simply saying, any tone that comes to you. Om. Allow the face to relax. Allow the sensitivity to occur. If there is any feeling that this is uncomfortable or silly, if you can just for few moments, put that out of your mind. Just let yourself explore a sense of being quiet in center. That's the purpose, that's the goal. So as we begin, you're just simply inhaling through the nose. Filling the body out with air. Om. The eyes can roll up. The eyes can look down at the tip of the nose. Om. they say, one who practices everyday for an hour, is giving great benefits. Deep, deep wisdom, deep healing can occur. So I invite you to, invite yourself to yourself to your own practice of toning the sound. Om.
