So now we've talked about getting ready before the pitch, we've talked about your timing, we've talked about your trigger, we've talked about your stance, all of that stuff. Now, what's the most important part of hitting, actually making contact with the ball. So, what we're going to talk about now, is how to get to that point. How do I get to the point to make solid contact with the ball? So, you got your timing, your ready, boom, there's our point of contact. Now how did I do that? I got, started my trigger. I released my trigger. Now getting to the ball, you want to drive your hands down. You want to drive the knob towards the ground, like that and boom, your hands will follow. Now a lot of people make the mistake, they go like this, and what does that do? You roll over the ball and you're going to ground out to the short stop or the second baseman if your left handed, or if you pull off the ball and you spin out, what are you going to do? You're going to pop it up, hit it to the catcher, you're going to hit an infield fly, something like that. All you want to do to make contact, is go through all your steps we've talked about previously. Get to your trigger, release your trigger, boom, that's your contact point. Now obviously your contact point is going to vary depending on where the pitch is at, we'll talk about that in a later segment, and this was getting to the contact point.
