Now we're going to talk about checking your balance. Now there's two different types of balances or two different times where balance comes into play throughout your swing. First is obviously, when you get started, we've talked about in previous segments, be sure your feet are a little bit wider than shoulder width apart, you can move naturally, you're not falling this way, you're not falling this way, you're pretty steady. Now what we're going to talk about is after your follow through, making sure that you're still good to go as far as your balance. So you go through your swing, make your contact, boom. As you can see, I'm not falling over this way, I didn't spin out on my back foot. Now how did I accomplish that? I kept my front foot solid, turned my hips, kept my head straight, looking down, looking down the field and right there. Now, common mistakes, as I've talked about, are guys doing this. So basically, this is how you follow through. As you can see, I'm kind of shaking and wobbling right now. Now the reason we do these video series, in steps, is to kind of bring them all together, as you can't do one without the next, without the next, without the next. This is the same kind of thing. As I've talked about before, you can't do this. Why can't you do this, now we're talking about why you can't do this, it throws you completely off balance. It's also going to affect you as you try to get down the line to first base, second base, whatever. So, here we go, boom, still balanced, not falling this way or that way and that's checking your balance.
