Our next clip is going to be the sprinkler. Now you can actually use a ball that actually has a little bit of additional weight, there are some stability balls out there to increase the challenge but for this purpose we are going to use a regular stability ball. You are going to stand with your legs perfectly square and knees slightly bent, shoulders relaxed and you are going to turn with your ball to the side and keep your head facing forward, a quick movement, just like a sprinkler. You are going to exhale as you go to the side, turn from the torso, you can add the sound to it too and it also helps you get oxygen to the body when you are exercising and you are going to pivot from the waist. If you are not quite up to that challenge you need to slow it down. You can just pivot and come to center, pivot and come to center and if you ever need to modify an exercise feel free to do it because you want to still be able to do the exercise and everybody is at the same fitness level. Turning from the torso you should feel this in the oblique muscles and you will feel it a little in the lower back. So if you do have back issues you may want to slow it down a little bit. O'kay now go back to the fast movement for advanced and you can really feel them in the obliques and you want to tighten them a little bit more so you can really feel the burn.
