In this clip, we're going to do a tricep or a nose in the ring pushups. Ok. The advanced option is a nose in the ring. You're going to be a little further than shoulder width apart. You're going to come down upon your mat or your exercise area. Ok. Hands down on the mat, you're going to form a triangle. Take your toes out. And, you're going to try and put your nose in the center of that triangle. Ok. So, you're going to come down and push back up. Ok. This is going to help work the tricep muscles and help strengthen the upper body. Ok. We're going to lower down and bring back up. Now, this a very very challenging exercise for the upper body. So, you may only want to start off with sets of ten. Two to three sets of ten and then work your way up. Now, if this is too challenging on the shoulders, another option is to come down on your knees. Cross your ankles and keep your arms about shoulder width apart and take the elbows straight back. And, push your body up nice and straight. It's a good way to get your arms in shape, so you can look great for swimsuit season.
